She wore as little as possible when she presented the MTV VMAs on Sunday evening.
But it seems Miley Cyrus wants to be even freer as she promptly stripped off for a naked selfie last night.
The 22-year-old – who is a big campaigner for Free the Nipple – flashed her breasts in the late night blurry shot, which she decided not to caption. We guess the pic speaks for itself.

Of course it’s not the first time we’ve seen her nipple this week - on Sunday evening she suffered a nip slip in a moment caught on camera.
Just seconds after Taylor Swift picked up the gong for Best Music Video for her epic Bad Blood collaboration, the camera swung over to Miley who was still in the middle of a costume change behind a black curtain in her dressing room.
She looked wide-eyed and at the camera quickly cut away, Miley told the crowd: "Oh what's happening? Oh sorry, my t**'s out?" Excellent.
