Phil Neville puts Cheshire mansion up for sale after Valencia move
Former professional footballer Phil Neville (pictured top inset with wife Julie) has put his £3.6million mansion in Cheshire (top left) up for sale as he focuses on his new life in Spain, as assistant manager of La Liga team Valencia. Set over four spacious floors, the six bedroom (left) property includes what appears to be an indoor five-a-side football pitch (bottom right), large swimming pool and gym. There are also six bathrooms, a steam room, sauna and spa, large living rooms and a contemporary kitchen. Pictures of luxurious his and hers dressing rooms (top right) are also included in the RightMove listing along with an adventure playground on the lawns and a large, sweeping driveway. The 38-year-old father-of-two's home, which costs £2,630.34 a year in council tax, also features framed jerseys on the walls - including his Manchester United and England tops (centre). A pool table also features his name in the colours of his Everton shirt and featuring his squad number (also centre).
